Our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

We are happy to refund an item if it is defective, within 21 days of purchase or upon the return of your item.

If you return an item to us and request a refund due to a mistake on our part, we will be happy to pay for the postage cost to return it to us. Please note, if you are requesting a refund based on an issue with condition, we kindly ask you to provide a photo in order for us to best advise a suitable resolution.

If you return a book to us because you made a mistake, we will be unable to pay for the return postage.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund an order that is older than 21 days from the day of purchase.

Cancellations of Orders

We can only cancel an order if it hasn’t yet been processed by our picking and packing department. Usually items are processed within a matter of hours, so this limits our ability to cancel an order before this time.

You will be able to return the item to us, at your expense, if you no longer require it and we will refund you the value of your item provided it falls within the time period stated on our returns policy.
